The National Association of Screening Agencies (NASA) is a Non-Profit organization founded for the purpose of voluntarily regulating the Tenant Screening Industry and promoting favorable legislation for the industry.
Our Mission is as follows:
- To educate its membership on ethical compliance with all laws regulating the tenant screening industry and on the proper methods of doing business in that industry and to provide a communication format for the sharing of information on legislation and other matters of concern to its membership.
- To set minimum standards for the industry and promote and enforce those standards throught the marketplace so that it may protect the integrity and legal existence of the industry for all those who wish to participate in tenant screening.
- To create political awareness of issues affecting the industry on both a state and federal level and to officially address the thoughts, views, and voice of the entire industry on such matters.
