Qualifications Needed to Join NASA
Who is Qualified to be a NASA member?
- A company that complies with the provisions of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- A company that has been in the screening business for at least one year with the primary business practice being tenant screening.
- A company that is not involved in other activities which can be seen as a conflict of interest such as legal services for tenants or credit repair.
- A company that has access to credit information from two of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian or Trans Union).
- A company with access to court eviction information from public records.
- A company that represents itself accurately to the public through advertising or other media.
